When will my order ship? Most orders will usually ship the next business day, excluding holidays and depending on weather. If you need it to ship on a specific day, please mention this in your order notes.
Where can you ship to? Almost all states! With the exceptions of Utah, Tennessee, and Alabama.
What shipping options are there? The shipping default is UPS ground, however we also offer 2nd Day and Overnight options. Additionally, if you would prefer to use FedEx please mention this in your order notes.
Can someone else sign for my delivery? Yes, as long as they are over 21 and have a valid ID. If you have ordered wine and aren't expecting to be at home you can have it shipped to a work address or have it held at a UPS or FedEx store.
What happens when it's too cold or hot? We pride ourselves in the quality of our wine, so if there is a chance that the wine could be damaged during transit we will not ship it. Generally this only happens in the summer when temperatures are high, for these orders we will hold onto the wine until we are able to safely ship it.
What if my wine is damaged? We will return or replace any bottle that is damaged or corked. Please contact us at 503-538-9821 for assistance on returns or replacements.
